Booking and payment

A place is confirmed only after the stated confirmation or payment step. Prices, inclusions, meeting point and cancellation conditions are shown during booking or in a private proposal.

Participant responsibility

Participants must provide accurate information, wear suitable equipment, follow the guide’s safety instructions and disclose relevant restrictions. Running experiences involve normal physical and urban or trail risks.

Changes and cancellation

Routes may change because of weather, events, access or safety. Unsafe conditions may lead to postponement or cancellation. Applicable refund and rescheduling rules are shown before purchase.

Final launch review

Insurance policy, operator identity, complaint-book information and final cancellation rules must be reviewed and published before commercial bookings open.
